Yes. One mobile number can be used for multiple registrations.
Can the registered mobile number and email ID be changed later?
Yes. You can change your mobile number and email ID later also. Follow these steps to do the same-
Login to the university Samarth Portal
Go to the Quick Links tab on the bottom left side of the dashboard
Click on Change Registered Email / Change Registered Mobile Number.
What to do if I forget my password?
Click on the “Forgot Password” button at the bottom of Login form.
Enter your Registered Email Id and captcha information as shown in image.
Click the “Send” button. You will now receive the password reset instructions on your registered email id.
Which payment modes are available to pay the registration fee?
Payment of registration fee can be made through Debit Card/Credit Card/Netbanking/UPI.
What to do if payment is deducted from my account but registration is not displayed?
Wait for 24 hours. Payment status gets refreshed in 24 hours. If the status of your payment still does not appear even after 24 hours, mail the screenshot of payment (including transaction ID) to the university email ID gjumsamarth@gmail.com
Can Aadhaar card also be used for ID proof?
Yes. Aadhar Card can be used as ID proof. For uploading Adhar Card as ID proof follow these steps-
Go to the ID proof section of personal details
Select Other Valid Govt Identity with photograph
In ID Proof Document Name, write Adhaar card
In ID Proof No, write your Adhaar card number.
Will applying for different courses require fresh registration for each course?
No. You can apply in more than one course in more than one college with the help of only one registration, provided you fulfil the eligibility criteria for the same.
How to apply in courses in colleges after registration?
Follow these steps-
Complete your registration on University Samarth Portal.
Take the print out of your completed registration form
Go to the concerned college and fill their application form
Attach the University registration form along with the required documents with the filled application form.
Submit the application in the college and wait for further instructions from the college for completing the admission procedure (merit list, fee submission, etc.)
For applying in different colleges, repeat the same procedure as above.
When will the admission process be considered as complete?
After the admission fee is deposited by the candidate in the college and the seat is locked by the same college on the Samarth Portal, the Admission is complete.
